依那普利叶酸片治疗老年H型高血压疗效评价及安全性

摘要

目的 探讨依那普利叶酸片治疗舟山普陀渔区老年H型高血压患者的临床效果及安全性.方法 选择H型高血压患者120例,随机分为观察组与对照组,每组各60例.观察组给予马来酸依那普利叶酸片10mg/d,晨服对照组给予马来酸依那普利片10mg/d,晨服.比较两组患者用药治疗后3、6、9、12个月血压及血同型半胱氨酸水平及肾功能及电解质的变化.结果 观察组患者治疗后3、6、9、12个月收缩压和同型半胱氨酸水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 马来酸依那普利叶酸片治疗舟山普陀渔区老年H型高血压的新型复方制剂,在控制血压同时能明显降低患者血浆同型半胱氨酸水平.%Objective To explore the effects and safety of enalapril maleate folic acid tablets on curing the high homocysteine hypertensive patients in Putuo,Zhoushan city.Methods120 H-type hypertensive patients were selected and randomly assigned into observed group and control group. The observed group was given enalapril maleate folic acid tablets10 mg/d every morning. The control group was given enalapril maleate tablets10 mg/d every morning. The blood pressure and Hcy between the observed and control groups were compared in the3rd,6th,9th and12th months.Results There was significantly difference of the systolic blood pressure and Hcy between observed group and control group after the3rd,6th,9th and12th months (P<0.05).ConclusionEnalapril maleate folic acid tablets can effectively lower the Hcy level and blood pressure in H-type hypertensive patients.
