Objective To investigate the correlation between pathological changes of bladder and OAB symptoms in rats with chronic cystitis after Escherichia coli infection. Methods 80 female SD rats were randomly divided into two groups:chronic cystitis group(group A)and chronic cystitis group(group B). Group A was treated with Escherichia coli for 8 weeks,group B was injected with Escherichia coli the same way,and then it was treated with gentamicin for 2 weeks and urine routine was negative. The two groups were examined by urine flow dynamics and HE staining of bladder mucosa. The two groups were reared in the same condition. Results 35 rats with chronic cystitis were found in group A after 8 weeks,the incidence rate of 87.5％,of which the urodynamics of bladder unstable contraction were 27 rats. pathological inflammation rat bladder unstable contraction and the incidence rate of the other group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). 36 rats with chronic cystitis were found in group A after 8 weeks,after 10 weeks in group B 33 were cured,the cure rate was 91.6％,the positive and pathological manifestations of bladder unstable contraction of 8 rats,and the incidence rate of other groups were not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion OAB symptoms are associated with inflammation in chronic cystitis,but the mechanism of OAB symptoms is not only a single factor of inflammation,but alsoother mechanisms are involved,which need further exploration.%目的 探讨大肠埃希菌感染后慢性膀胱炎大鼠膀胱病理炎症改变与膀胱过度活动症(OAB)症状的相关性.方法 80只雌性SD大鼠随机分为慢性膀胱炎组(A组)与慢性膀胱炎治愈组(B组).A组予大肠埃希菌灌注8周,B组同方法灌注大肠埃希菌,后庆大霉素治疗2周至尿常规阴性.两组行尿流动力学检测及膀胱黏膜HE染色观察.两组同条件饲养.结果 8周后A组出现慢性膀胱炎大鼠35只,发病率87.5％,其中尿流动力学出现膀胱不稳定收缩波大鼠27只.出现病理炎症改变大鼠的膀胱不稳定收缩发生率与其他组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).8周后B组出现慢性膀胱炎大鼠36只,10周后B组治愈33只,治愈率91.6％,其中病理表现阳性且出现膀胱不稳定收缩波大鼠8只,发生率与其他组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 慢性膀胱炎出现OAB症状与其炎症有关,但OAB症状发生机制不仅是炎症单一因素起作用,仍有其他机制共同参与,需进一步探究.
