3-（1,1-双吲哚基）乙基香豆素的合成

摘要

以水杨醛和乙酰乙酸乙酯为起始原料合成3-乙酰基香豆素，再通过3-乙酰基香豆素和吲哚反应合成3-（1,1-双吲哚基）乙基香豆素。该方法具有操作简便、条件温和、反应时间短、收率高等优点。%Using salicylaldehyde and ethyl acetoacetate as starting material to synthesize 3-acetyl coumarin, then 3-(1,1-di (1H-indol-3-yl)ethyl)-2H-chromen-2-one was synthesized viathe reation of 3-acetyl coumarin and indole. The method has the merits of simple operation, mild reactioncondition, high yield and short reaction time.
