氟酰脲的高效液相色谱分析方法的研究

摘要

用高效液相色谱外标法对氟酰脲原药含量进行定量分析,方法使用Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-Cl8反相色谱柱和UV检测器,流动相是体积比为8:2的甲醇水溶液,在波长245 nm下对氟酰脲样品进行分离和定量.该方法分离效果好、简单可靠,线性相关系数0.999以上,标准偏差为0.27,变异系数为0.28%,平均回收率为100.14%.%The content for Novaluron was separated and determined by high performance liquid chro-matography(HPLC)with methanol-water solution(volume ratio 8: 2)as mobile phase,and Agilent ZOR-BAX Eclipse XDB-Cl8 reverse phase column and UV detector at 245 nm wavelength were also adopted.This method had good effect and was simple and reliable. The result showed that the linear correlation coefficient was above 0.9999, the standard deviation was 0.27, the coefficient of variation was 0.28%, and the average recovery rate was 100.14%.
