昆钢钢渣磁选工艺设计及生产实践

摘要

简要介绍了昆钢炼钢厂钢渣的性质,选矿工艺流程,包括预处理、磁选精矿、尾矿深加工流程,具体分析了昆钢钢渣处理生产中出现的问题及解决方案,最后从经济效益、社会效益和环保效益分析了选矿设计的可行性.%The following contents are briefly introduced in this paper, the properties of steel slag from Kunming Iron & Steel, the beneficiation process flow, including the pretreatment, concentrate magnetic separation, deep processing flow of tailings; and the problems and solutions of steel slag treatment in Kunming Iron & Steel are analyzed concretely, at last, the feasibility of beneficiation design is analyzed from the following angles: economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits.
