Through the reasonable optimization design layout of W lfame boiler, the furnace combustion and so on, the inlfuence of different conditions on the combustion of the furnace is analyzed. Research shows that, through the study of experience with the numerical simulation of the combustion zone layout scheme not only helps to improve the stability of low load combustion furnace, but also conducive to the promotion of boiler reheat steam temperature is low, alleviate and improve the coking.%对W火焰锅炉卫燃带的合理优化设计布局,进行改造前后的炉内燃烧等情况进行数值模拟研究,分析了不同卫燃带布置条件下对炉内燃烧情况的影响,并与改造实际情况进行对比。研究表明,通过研究经验配合数值模拟得出的卫燃带布置方案既有助于提升炉内低负荷燃烧的稳定性,又有利于提升锅炉再热汽温偏低、缓解和改善结焦等问题。
