大电流开关柜热管散热设计

             

摘要

The KYN44A-12 high-current switch cabinet is one of the essential transformation equipment; the reasonable cooling structures can guarantee the reliability and insulation. Firstly, against the working condition and property of the KYN44A-12 high-current switch cabinet, two kinds of heat-pipe exchangers were developed and installed in the six silver plating contacts locations to enhance cool down them and to control the temperature raising. And then, according to the installation methods and system reliability and insulation demands, some properties of cabinet parts were modiifed, the security, reliability and insulation still kept ifne when thermal design was conducted. Finally the experiment was ifnished at fan power off, 22℃ indoor and 3 650 A.%针对KYN44A-12大电流开关柜的工作特点,设计了两种结构形式的热管换热器,根据两种结构形式的热管换热器和整个系统安全性、可靠性的设计使用要求对开关柜的相关部件结构尺寸进行了修改,使得系统的热设计不会破坏其可靠性、绝缘性和安全性。最后,在不开风机,电流3650 A,环境温度22℃的工况点进行了实验。
