合成气压缩机高压缸入口超压原因分析及防范措施

就云南云天化股份有限公司2009～2010年合成气压缩机的3次事故停车时出现的异同现象进行分析对比,确定导致两次高压缸入口超压的原因,并就如何避免超压提出了相应的防范措施。%Regarding the three emergency shutdowns of syngas compressor happened from 2009 to 2010 in Yunnan Yun-tianhua Co.,Ltd.,the similarities and differences between the two overpressure phenomena of HP casing suction during those times have been compared and analyzed,and then the reasons for the overpressure of HP casing suction have been identified and the relevant preventive measures to avoid such over-pressure have been further proposed in this article.
