辉光放电质谱法测定高纯锡中的杂质元素

摘要

20 trace elements Mg,Al,Ca,Fe etc in high purity tin were determined by glowing discharge mass spectrometry.Instrument operating parameters were optimized,and the relationship among the impurity con-centration of the pre -sputtering time,measurement accuracy and reproducibility are discussed.%采用辉光放电质谱法对高纯锡中的 Mg、Al、Ca、Fe 等20个痕量杂质元素进行测定。对仪器的工作参数进行了优化，并对杂质浓度与预溅射时间的关系，测量的准确性和重现性进行了讨论。
