社会转型期地方高校行政管理专业人才培养模式创新的思考

摘要

We should renovate the traditional pattern of theory - oriented policy to practice - oriented policy on the cultivation of students majoring administrative management to meet the needs on compound and practical talents of the market economy and modern construction in the transition of the society. The local colleges should concentrate on the practice in the renovation of teaching contents, the cultivation of their abilities, be guided by the career as well as form the pattem of students cultivation with their own characteristics by optimizing their teaching contents and improving methodology, strengthening the construction of the teachers and so on.%在社会转型期，为了适应市场经济和现代化建设对复合型、应用型的管理人才的需求，行政管理专业的人才培养模式必须由传统的学术型（理论型）向应用型（实务型）转变。作为地方高校，在教学体系和教学内容改革方面应以实际应用为重点，以能力培养为关键，以就业发展为导向，通过优化教学内容、改进教学方法、加强师资队伍建设等途径，形成具有本校特色的行政管理人才培养模式。
