塔里木河中游河道整治工程设计及效果分析

摘要

By analyzing the historical evolution in the middle reaches of the Tarim River,this paper introduced the river patterns,river characteris-tics,variation of river regime and the engineering layout principles of river regulation. Several key nodes on the river bend protection,including functions of cut-off projects,engineering layout and structures,were emphatically introduced. After several years of operation and observation,the constructed projects almost reached the goals of comprehensive treatment,which including realignment of normal condition based on consideration of flood and low water;guarantee the safety of water conveyance dikes,the flood delivery capability and the stable mean-water flow path.%通过对新疆塔里木河中游历史演变，河型、河性、河势演变进行分析，论述了塔里木河中游河道整治工程布局的原则。重点介绍了塔里木河中游河道整治工程布局中的几个关键节点，包括原型裁弯工程的作用、布局、结构型式。已建成的河道整治工程，经过几年的运行、观测，基本达到中水整治、兼顾洪枯、既要确保输水堤的安全又不降低河道排洪能力、稳定中水流路的综合治理目标。
