淤地坝勘查与数据发布系统设计

摘要

Based on Goofle Earth as platform,with the help of mobile Internet,GIS and RS technolofy,it achieved a fusion between HD satellite im-afe data and spatial or attribute data. Combininf with the GIS technolofy,it developed a check-dam exploration and data publishinf system. The system can realize the rapid inspection and correction of exploration data,fenerate spatial database,draw exploration results into all kinds of thematic map and share information in real time. In the mobile client and web client we can browse and query check-dam information,provide technical serv-ices for spot exploration and late decision-makinf.%以Goofle Earth为平台，借助移动互联网、地理信息系统和遥感等新技术，实现高清卫星影像数据与淤地坝空间数据、属性数据的融合。结合地理信息系统技术，开发了淤地坝勘查与数据发布系统，可实现对勘查数据的快速检验和校正，生成淤地坝空间数据库，将勘查结果绘制成各类专题图以及信息的实时发布与共享等功能，在移动客户端、Web客户端实现对淤地坝信息的浏览与查询，为现场勘查和后期决策提供技术服务。
