国内外跨流域调水水源区生态补偿研究综述

摘要

In order to make a comprehensive carding on research results about ecological compensation of water source region in inter-basin water diversion projects,this paper firstly summarized theoretical research results on ecological compensation mode,compensation mechanism,compensa-tion standard and calculation of ecosystem service function. Then it summarized practical experiences on ecological compensation of water source re-gions in inter-basin water diversion projects at home and abroad and pointed out the importance of the coexistence of the market and the government in the course of ecological compensation. Finally,it analyzed the shortcomings of present research results and pointed out future research areas, which included the game analysis of related stake holders of ecological compensation,the multi-angle evaluation of ecosystem service value and the dynamic evolution of compensation standard.%为了对跨流域调水水源区生态补偿研究成果进行较为全面的梳理，首先从生态补偿模式、补偿机制、补偿标准测算和生态系统服务功能测算等方面对国内外的理论研究成果进行了回顾与总结；然后，对国内外跨流域调水水源区生态补偿实践经验进行提炼，指出在生态补偿过程中政府与市场并存的重要性；最后，分析现有研究成果的不足之处，并提出今后研究方向应包括生态补偿利益相关主体博弈分析，生态系统服务价值的多角度评估、补偿标准的动态演化。
