渠道衬砌混凝土拌和物质量控制

摘要

南水北调中线工程渠道衬砌混凝土施工中，受现场特殊的环境影响，因而对混凝土拌和物质量及工作特性提出了较高要求。结合某渠段渠坡衬砌混凝土施工实际情况，对现场混凝土拌和物出现质量问题的原因进行了分析，提出解决对策。在采取通过试验确定混凝土级配、慎重选择外加剂供货厂家、加强对人工砂石粉含量以及拌和站计量系统监控等质量控制措施后，取得了较好的效果。%For adaptation to special construction environment of Middle Route Project of South to North Water Diversion, high working performance was required for channel lining concrete mixture. In combination with construction practice of a channel sec-tion, we analyzed the quality defects of lining concrete mixture, and put forward improvement suggestions such as determining concrete gradation through tests, choosing additives manufacture carefully, strengthening the stone powder content control as well as paying attention to measuring accuracy of concrete mixing system, thus achieving good effects. The engineering experiences provide references for other projects.
