地铁盾构隧道管片破损修复技术研究

     

摘要

某地铁区间隧道挖掘贯通后,受后续施工的影响,产生了较大变形与位移,并导致管片错台、破损与局部开裂. 为避免隧道的进一步损坏以及确保盾构隧道的运营安全,需对隧道管片进行修复处理. 在分析该区域地质条件的基础上,经多方案比较,决定采用钢板内衬加固的方式对破损管片进行修复. 对钢板内衬加固所涉及的净空复核、管片受力复核、裂缝处理及环片加固等技术问题展开了详细论述. 工程实践表明,钢板内衬加固的方式效果良好,可供类似工程修复问题借鉴.%After the excavation of a metro tunnel, affected by subsequent construction, the surrounding rock mass has large de-formation and displacement, causing the dislocation, breakage and local cracking of the shield segment. To avoid further damage to the tunnel and ensure the operation safety of the shield tunnel, the shield segment should be repaired. On the basis of analy-zing the geological conditions in construction area, and through comparing the schemes, the inner steel lining reinforcement was adopted to repair the shield segment. The technical problems such as the clearance checking, review of internal force of segment pieces, crack treatment and ring reinforcement were discussed. The engineering practices show that the effect of inner steel lining reinforcement is satisfied, which can be recommended in other similar projects.
