水环境对水下钻孔爆破影响机制研究

             

摘要

为研究水下钻孔爆破中水环境对爆破效果的影响机制,以重庆新白沙沱长江特大桥3号墩基础水下爆破工程为例,对水下爆破钻孔爆破作用原理进行了分析,并使用ANSYS/LS-DYNA有限元程序分别对水下钻孔爆破与陆地钻孔爆破过程进行了数值仿真计算. 在数值计算的基础上,结合爆破漏斗试验结果、冲击波特性和水介质固有特性,对陆地钻孔爆破和水下钻孔爆破的动力响应特征展开对比分析. 研究表明:由于水环境的存在,水压的影响使水底界面附近的Mises等效应力小于同位置的陆地钻孔爆破处数值;在相同压力下,水下爆破漏斗体积均小于陆地爆破漏斗体积,在相同的药量条件下,水越深产生的爆破漏斗体积越小;同陆地钻孔爆破相比,水环境的存在会加快爆炸冲击波的衰减,从而削弱破岩效果.%In order to study the influence mechanism of underwater environment on underwater drilling blasting, based on the underwater drilling blasting project of NO. 3 pier foundation of new Baishatuo Yangtze River Bridge in Chongqing, the blasting principle was introduced, and the drilling blasting process on land or under the water was simulated by ANSYS/LS-DYNA. On the basis of the simulation result, the dynamic response characteristics of land blasting and underwater drilling blasting were com-pared and analyzed in combination with the drilling funnel test result, shockwave characteristics and water natural property. The research results show that the mises equivalent stress near the water bottom interface is smaller than that on land blasting at the same place because of water pressure influence;and under the same pressure, the blasting funnel volume under the water is smal-ler than that on the land, the deeper the water is, the smaller the blasting funnel volume is. In comparison with the land blasting, the water environment can accelerate the attenuation of shock wave, and weakening the rock breaking effect.
