为有效利用CATIA软件开展水工钢闸门的三维设计,提出了一种新的设计模式,即"参数提交—设计计算—参数化快速建模—有限元分析校核—工程图优化调整". 基于CATIA的钢闸门参数化建模研究,确立了水工平面钢闸门CATIA三维参数化的基本思路和关键参数. 通过对CATIA软件的定制及应用CATIA CAA等进行二次开发,形成了面向用户的水工钢闸门快速设计工具. 研究成果不仅提高了水工平面钢闸门的建模效率,也为研发其他水工钢闸门建模技术奠定了基础.%For effectively applying the CATIA into 3D design of hydraulic steel gate, we propose a new design mode, from pa-rameters submission to design computation to quick parametric modeling to recheck by FEM to engineering drawings adjustment. The parametric modeling study of steel gate based on CATIA provided basic thoughts and key parameters for 3D parameterization of plane steel gate. Through customizing the CATIA and secondary development of CATIA CAA, a customer-oriented quick de-sign tool of hydraulic steel gate is developed. The results can not only improve the modeling efficiency of hydraulic plane steel gate, but also provide reference for development of other modeling technology.
