基于振实法优选矿料级配的沥青混凝土配比设计

摘要

结合金峰水库沥青混凝土心墙配合比矿料级配的优选设计,提出了一种通过振实法确定矿料级配的新方法.首先研究不同级配矿料的振实密度,选取最大振实密度作为最优级配,在此基础上按传统方法进行沥青用量优选,然后进行配合比设计.对优选出的配合比进行静三轴、小梁弯曲性能验证,其强度指标和变形参数满足要求.结果表明:利用振实法优选矿料级配可使沥青混凝土心墙配合比设计过程得到简化.%Combining with the mix proportion design of asphalt concrete core wall of Jinfeng Reservoir,tamping vibration for aggregate gradation optimization is proposed,namely choosing the maximum vibration density as the optimal gradation,and on this basis,the asphalt dosage is optimized according to the traditional method.The optimized mix proportion is verified by static triaxial tests and bending performance test of small beam,the results meet the requirements of strength and deformation.The results show that aggregate gradation optimization by tamping vibration can simplify the design process of mix proportion design.
