FBG传感器是一种常见的光纤光栅传感器,且具备不受电磁干扰、信号传输距离长等优点,但受限于测量仪器、观测者的技术水平和外界环境等因素,FBG传感器的测值总会存在误差.结合FBG传感器在国内某长引水隧道中的应用实例,列举分析了不同FBG解调仪、环境温度和零点漂移对FBG传感器测值结果造成的误差,并从FBG解调仪的选用、FBG传感器温度补偿技术和FBG传感器封装技术出发,针对性地提出了修正改进方法,以提高FBG传感器在实际工程应用中的测值准确度.%FBG sensor is a common fiber grating sensor and characterized as electromagnetic interference-free, long signal transmission distance,etc. But limited by measuring instruments, observer technical level, the external environment and other factors,FBG sensor measurement will always have errors. Based on the practical application of FBG sensor in a long water diver-sion tunnel in China, this paper analyzes the measurement errors caused by FBG demodulator, ambient temperature and zero drift,and a series of improved methods are put forward from the FBG demodulator selection,FBG sensor temperature compensa-tion technology and FBG sensor packaging technology to improve the accuracy of FBG sensor in practical engineering application.
