关于乌鲁木齐市中医医院医患关系的调查分析

         

摘要

目的:采用调查表的方式,对乌鲁木齐市中医医院的医护人员以及门诊、住院患者进行调查。分析由医护人员、患方、医院、社会外部因素四个方面引起的医患沟通的障碍。为更好改善医患关系做准备。方法本研究采用问卷调查的方法,抽取调查样本共573例,对调查对象的总体情况、对医患关系的总体认识、医德医风情况等方面进行分析。结果由表1可知医生和患者对医患关系现状的评价有统计学差异(P=0.002)。患者对医患关系的评价,比医务人员的评价更差一些。由表2可见,医患双方对医患关系的责任方认知是有差异的(P=0.000)。表3可见,开大处方和滥开检查单是最主要的表现问题。医患双方对医德医风表现问题的认知没有统计学差异(P=0.56)。结论本研究通过分析调查表对当前医患关系的满意度,以及对医患矛盾成因的认识,研究缓解医患矛盾的对策。%Objective Medical staff, outpatient and hospital patients at Chinese Medicine Hospital of Urumqi were investigated through questionnaire way. Patient communication barriers caused by relationship between medical staff, patients and hospitals, and social external factors were analysed. Finally relationship between doctors and patients would be improved. Methods Atotal of 573 cases were analyzed in terms of the overall survey, the general awareness about doctor-patient relationship, medical ethics and so on. Results Table 1 showed that evaluation on the status of doctor-patient relationship between doctors and patients was statistically different (P=0.002). Evaluation of patients about doctor-patient relationship was worse than that of the medical staff. Table 2 showed that confirmation of responsibility for the doctor-patient relationship between doctors and patients was different (P=0.000). Table 3 showed false prescription and indiscriminate checklist was the main issues. Awareness about medical ethics issues both doctors and patients was not statistically significant different (P=0.56). Conclusion The present study is to analyze the questionnaire satisfaction with the current doctor-patient relationship, as well as reason about doctor-patient conflicts, and find a way to decrease doctor-patient conflicts.
