目的：了解我院干部病房老年患者尿路感染的影响因素，为制定预防干预措施提供依据。方法将我院干部病房确诊的尿路感染的老年患者作为研究对象，按性别、民族1：1配对选择同期无尿路感染的老年患者作为对照组进行病例对照研究。通过单因素和多因素条件Logistic回归筛选主要的影响因素。结果共收集病例320例，其中病例组和对照组各160例。单因素和条件Logistic回归结果表明：职业、每日饮水量、每日户外活动、蔬菜摄入量、每周清洗会阴部次数、合并脑卒中、疾病种类、长期卧床、留置导尿、近一年抗菌药物使用次数、使用免疫抑制剂、使用非甾体类药物是我院干部病房老年患者尿路感染的主要的影响因素。结论我院干部病房老年患者尿路感染影响因素多，应针对上述因素予以针对性预防措施。%Objective To investigate the influencing factors of urinary tract infection about elderly patients in cadres wards of our hospital and provide a basis for prevention and intervention measures. Methods Elderly patients who were diagnosed with urinary tract infections in ward cadres in our hospital were chosen as the research objects. Old people with same gender, same nationality and without urinary tract infection in the same period were selected as control group. Main risk factors were identified by univariate and multivariate conditional Logistic regression. Results 320 cases were collected, in which case group and control group had 160 cases seperately. Univariate and multivariate conditional Logistic regression results showed that occupation, daily water intake, daily outdoor activities, vegetable intake, weekly cleaning pudenda times, complicated with cerebral apoplexy or without, kinds of diseases, long-term bedridden, indwelling urinary catheter, antibacterial agents usage, use of immune inhibitor, use of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs or without were main influencing factors in elderly patients with urinary tract infection. Conclusion There were many influence factors about urinary tract infection among elderly patients in cadre ward of our hospital, and relevant preventive measures should be made.
