蒙脱石有机复合体超压下残留烃特征研究

             

摘要

In order to study the influence of organic matter types to the number of light hydrocarbon and heavy hydrocarbon and selective differentiation of light and heavy hydrocarbons in shale oil,the montmorillonite organic clay with lysine and chitosan were artificially synthesized,and the simulation experiment of hydrocarbon expulsion in the hole under the overpressure (at a distance of 3 300 m lithostatic pressure)of the oil saturation adsorption of the synthetic organic clay was carried out by the auxiliary press,and eventually the characteristics of light and heavy hydrocarbons of movable residual hydrocarbon were detected.The experimental results showed that the addition of type Ⅰ organic matter represented by lysine and type Ⅲ organic matter represented by chitosan were not conducive to the remnant of the total hydrocarbons,light hydrocarbons and heavy hydrocarbons of the montmorillonite organic clay under the condition of overpressure.In the depth of 3 300 m,Rich in type Ⅰ organic matter and montmorillonite clay as the main body in the shale,whose residual oil was in poor quality,it mainly included heavy hydrocarbon compounds,but it was good for the preservation of light hydrocarbon when the content of organic matter is lower than 7%.On the country,rich in type Ⅲ organic matter and montmorillonite clay as the main body in the shale,whose residual oil was relatively in good quality,it mainly included light hydrocarbon compounds,and the lower the organic matter in the shale the better.The shale with type Ⅰ organic matter and montmorillonite clay as the main body accumulated more share oil than the shale with type Ⅲ organic matter and montmorillonite clay as the main body when the organic matter content is lower than 7%,However,when the content of organic matter was between 7% and 19%,they have the similar ability to store shale oil.The results can provide theoretical guidance for the evaluation of shale oil resources.%为研究有机质类型对页岩油中轻烃和重烃数量及轻重烃选择性分异的影响,利用人工合成的赖氨酸-蒙脱石和壳聚糖-蒙脱石复合体,通过压力机对其柴油饱和样进行超压下排烃模拟实验.实验结果表明,在超压下,以赖氨酸为代表的Ⅰ型有机质和以壳聚糖为代表的Ⅲ型有机质的介入,可能不利于蒙脱石对正构烷烃的残留.在深层,赖氨酸-蒙脱石复合体残留油品质较差,多重烃化合物,但有机质含量低于7%时利于轻烃的保存;壳聚糖-蒙脱石复合体残留油品质相对较好,多轻烃化合物,且有机质含量越低越好;在有机质含量低于7%时,Ⅰ型有机质的蒙脱石粘土页岩较Ⅲ型有机质的蒙脱石粘土页岩储集更多的页岩油,但有机质含量高时,它们储集页岩油的能力相当.这一结果可对页岩油的资源评价提供理论指导.
