[ Objective ] The purpose of this project is to understand the isoIation and distribution of starch properties of wheat grain in RIL groups* their correIation and the starch properties. [Method] The isoIation and distribution about starch properties of wheat grain, the difference and correIation among totaI starch amount* amyIose* amyIopectin* amyIopectin/amyloe , sweIIing power and parameter of RVA of wheat grain were anaIyzed by a recombined and inbred Iines. [ Result] Starch properties of wheat grain were controIIed by minor poIy genes* expressed as the number of genetic traits. The coefficient of variation was 6. 43% -46.03% * and there were different degrees of correIation in the various starches properties. Iconclusionl Recombinant inbred Iine popuIation genetic background is clear, which accurately reflects the main wheat starch GuaIity traits correIation* so that it can be used for Guantitative mapping of the studied starch traits.
