新疆轮台县和乌什县不同杏品种果实性状差异性分析

             

摘要

[目的]掌握新疆不同地区杏品种果实性状的差异和特点.[方法]对新疆乌什县176个和轮台县104个杏品种的单果重、可溶性固形物、果实硬度等指标进行测定.[结果]轮台县杏品种的单果重主要分布在20~30 g级次,乌什县主要分布在31~40 g级次;两地品种的可溶性固形物均集中在16.0~18.9级次,但乌什县要高于轮台县;果实硬度轮台县主要集中在1.0~1.1 g/cm2,乌什县集中在<0.9 g/cm2.同一品种的单果重乌什县比轮台县大;可溶性固形物是乌什县高于轮台县;果实硬度是轮台县大于乌什县.[结论]轮台县和乌什县不同杏品种果实性状存在着差异性.%[ Objective]In order to comprehend the difference and characteristics of different varieties of apricot fruit in the different areas of Xinjiang. [ Method]The indexes of weight per fruit ,the soluble solid content, the fruit hardness of 176 apricot varieties from Ushi County and 104 apricot varieties from Luntai County were determined.[ Result]The results showed that : The weight per fruit of Luntai County was mainly between 20 - 30 g grades and it was mainly between 31 - 40 g grades in the Ushi County. The total soluble solids content of the two areas were concentrated in 16.0 - 18.9 grades, but it was higher in Ushi County than that in Luntai County at this grades. The fruit hardness of Luntai County mainly concentrated in 1 .0 - 1 . 1 g/cm2 grades,it was mainly concentrated below 0 .9 g/cm2 grades in Ushi County . The weight per fruit of Ushi County was heavier than that of Luntai County under the condition of the same varieties of apricot fruit. The soluble solid content of Ushi County was higher than that of Luntai County . The fruit hardness of Luntai County was higher than that of Ushi County . [ Conclusion ] There were some significant differences in different varieties of apricot fruit in Luntai County and Ushi County of Xinjiang.
