移栽机机械手从苗盘中取苗时,经常存在漏苗现象,造成部分区域没有幼苗,土地利用率不高.对于目前穴盘苗移栽时存在的缺苗漏苗现象,本文针对穴盘苗移栽机漏苗检测及补苗控制系统进行设计.经过理论计算和分析,提出一种利用光电传感器检测移栽机接苗带上是否漏苗,由51单片机控制步进电机进行补苗并由光电传感器检测是否补苗成功的控制系统.%Leaking seedling often occurs when iron-hand of transplanter is taking seedlings from seedling tray, this defect results in absence of seedling in part of areas and low coefficient of utilization of farmland. Aiming at leaking seedling which exists during transplanting of pothole seedling, a leaking seedling detection and seedling filling control system of pothole seedling transplanter was designed and expounded in this paper. Through theoretical calculation and analysis, a control system which uses photoelectric sensor to detect whether the seedlings on seedling catching belt is leaking was presented, when seedling leaking occurs, seedling filling is carried out under the control of 51 SCM and stepping motor, the photoelectric sensor is used to detected whether the seedling filling is successful or not.
