50嘧菌酯·氟啶胺悬浮剂的高效液相色谱分析

     

摘要

The analysis method of azoxystrobin·fluazinam 50% suspension concentrate (SC) was studied.The analysis was conducted with HPLC, using a C18 reversed-phase column and a variable wavelength UV detector, methanol and water (volume ratio of 3︰7) as mobile phase, and the effective components were analyzed and quantified by external standard method. The standard deviations, variation coefficient and average recovery of the method were 0.17, 0.82%, 99.7% and 0.18, 0.61%, 99.5% for azoxystrobin and fluazinam respectively. The method is convenience, fast, precise and accurate.%对50%嘧菌酯·氟啶胺悬浮剂测定方法进行了研究,建立了高效液相色谱分析方法.具体为使用C18反相柱和紫外可变波长检测器,检测波长为230 nm,以甲醇-水(体积比80︰20)为流动相,用外标法对有效成分进行分析和定量.高效液谱分析测定嘧菌酯与氟啶胺的标准偏差分别为0.17和0.18,变异系数分别为0.82%和0.61%,平均回收率分别为99.7%和99.5%.该方法具有简便、快捷、精密度和准确度高的特点.
