新类型有效除草剂tetraoxanes的合成和活性

             

摘要

Raphaed C.Cusati等人以酸为催化剂,羰基化合物和过氧化氢反应生成1,1-二氢过氧化物,1,1-二氢过氧化物在相似的反应条件下转化成1,2,4,5-四氧戊环化合物。经生物活性试验发现一些四氧戊环化合物对杂草有高的防除效果,与草甘膦和咪唑乙烟酸作用相当。其中一个化合物对单子叶植物具有选择性,防效与草甘膦相当。%Several 1,2,4,5-tetraoxanes were synthesised by reacting carbonyl compounds with hydrogen peroxide under acid catalysis, affording 1,1,-dihydroperoxides that were further converted into target products under similar reaction conditions.The bioactivity assays showed that some tetraoxanes were highly effective against the weeds, with activity comparable with that of glyphosate or imazethapyr. One of the tetraoxanes was selective to monocotyledonous species with 92.9%~97.5%inhibition,which is comparable with the effect of glyphosate.
