心理干预对脑转移瘤 r-刀病人的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the psychology of brain metastatic,improve nursing quality,increase patients’ therapeutic mood,ensure smooth complement treatment.Methods 187 brain metastasis cases accepted gamma ray treatment,fully understand patients’ psychology,do nursing well alleviate patients’anxiety,fear and depression,successful complete treatment. Results All patients successful complete treatment under our careful nursing.Conclusion Gamma ray treatment is and safe to brain metastatsis patients,properly analyze patient's psychology,take corresponding measures,make patients positively cooperate treatment and nursing,ensure the therapeutic effect.%目的：探讨脑转移瘤病人的心理，提高护理质量，增加病人治疗情绪保证治疗顺利进行。方法对187例脑转移瘤病人伽马刀治疗时，从分了解病人的心理状况，做好心理护理，减轻病人焦虑、恐惧和抑郁情绪，顺利完成治疗。结果全部病人在我们的精心护理下顺利完成治疗。结论伽马刀治疗脑转移瘤病人完全有效，通过正确分析病人的心理采取相应措施，使病人积极主动的配合治疗与护理工作，保证治疗效果。
