流浪乞讨救助精神病患者670例现状调查分析

摘要

Objective To investigate present situation of the beggars relief psychiatric patients and understand the vagrants and beggars problems of relief in patients with mental illness. Methods:self-made questionnaire was applied to 670 cases of our hospital since 2004 and beggars relief psychiatric patients in the investigation.Results:the number of vagrants and beggars psychotic cases increased year by year. In winter and spring were the number, diagnosis to be disorder psychiatric classification, the vast majority of remission can be discharged, but has remained in the hospital.Conclusion: should pay attention to diagnosis and escort vagrants and beggars psychotic cases, return to society, in the face of "mental health law" promulgated, problem solving, imminent.%目的探讨流浪乞讨救助精神病患者现状，了解流浪乞讨精神病患者救助中存在问题。方法应用自制调查表对2004年以来我院收治的670例流浪乞讨救助精神病患者进行调查。结果流浪乞讨救助精神病患者人数呈逐年上升趋势。以冬春季收治人数为多，诊断待分类精神病性障碍为主，绝大多数病情缓解可出院，但至今滞留在院。结论应重视流浪乞讨救助精神病患者的诊治及护送，回归社会工作，面对《精神卫生法》的出台，解决相关问题，迫在眉睫。
