创伤性延迟性脾破裂的临床特点及诊治方法

摘要

Objective To study the summary method of diagnosis and treatment of delayed splenic rupture of clinical characteristics and methods retrospective analysis of 15 cases of delayed splenic rupture after combination of diagnosis and treatment of patients with clinical manifestations and summary on the related literature at home and abroad in recent years.Results 15 cases of patients after surgical exploration there are varying degrees of spleen rupture. Were recovered from hospital after surgery and symptomatic treatment.Conclusion the treatment of delayed splenic rupture should be the greatest degree to ensure normal spleen function, its performance is more hidden, dangerous, but as long as strictly grasp the indications, under the premise of protect the spleen to ensure patients life is feasible.%　　目的探讨总结延迟性脾破裂的临床特点及诊治方法。方法回顾性分析15例延迟性脾破裂患者的临床表现及诊治经过结合近年来国内外相关文献资料进行总结。结果15例患者手术探查后均存在不同程度脾破裂。经手术及对症处理后均痊愈出院。结论延迟性脾破裂的治疗应最大程度保证脾脏正常功能，其表现虽较隐匿、凶险，但只要严格掌握适应症，在保脾的前提下保证患者生命是可行的。
