Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of ultrasonic emulsification cataract extraction the clinical curative effect of high myopia with cataract. Methods selected from March 2013 to March 2013 treated 71 cases of high myopia with cataract patients, according to different therapeutic methods were divided into control group (35 cases) and treatment group (36 cases) and control group using traditional small incision extracapsular extraction, the treatment group Uses the ultrasonic emulsification cataract extraction. comparing the two groups before and after treatment the change of vision correction and the quality of life of the two groups after treatment. Results the two groups before treatment correcting the naked eye vision no statistically significant difference (P > 0.05), the two groups after treatment eyesight were significantly increased, compare the differences between groups with statistical significance (P < 0.05). the two groups before treatment life, physical function, mental health, social function score difference has no statistical significance (P > 0.05), treatment group after treatment of the above indicators score significantly increased (P < 0.05). Conclusion Ultrasonic emulsification cataract extraction in the treatment of high myopia with cataract clinical effect is good, not only can effectively improve the patients postoperative visual acuity, is a safe, ideal surgical method, worth clinical promotion.%目的：探讨超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗高度近视合并白内障的临床疗效。方法选取我院2013年3月至2014年3月收治的71例高度近视合并白内障患者，根据治疗方法不同分为对照组（35例）和治疗组（36例），对照组采用传统的小切口囊外摘除术，治疗组采用超声乳化白内障摘除术。比较两组治疗前后矫正视力的变化及两组治疗后的生活质量。结果两组治疗前矫正裸眼视力差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)，治疗后两组视力均显著上升，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。两组治疗前生命活力、躯体功能、心理健康、社交功能得分差异无统计学意义（P>0.05），治疗后治疗组上述指标评分显著上升（P<0.05）。结论超声乳化白内障摘除术治疗高度近视合并白内障临床效果良好，不仅能够有效的提高患者术后视力恢复情况，是一种安全、理想的手术方法，值得临床应用推广。
