护理人员层级管理在缩短患者住院日中的应用分析

摘要

Objective management of nursing staff levels in a shortened patient observation analysis value and effect in such confinement. Methods our hospital as the research object, setting in July, 2013 to 2013 period as observation group, the nursing staff management implementation level. at the same time, set from January 2013 to June 2013 as control group, routine nursing personnel management. the nursing staff level management before, during and after the implementation of the department of hospital stay in patients with comprehensive comparison and analysis. Results nursing staff hierarchy management, the average length of hospital stay were significantly lower than the level management department patients, before carrying out data contrast significant difference, P < 0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion the application of the nursing staff level management helps to implement the responsibility system, nursing work to improve nurses' responsibility consciousness, shorten the hospital stay time, improve nursing quality and level.%目的：对护理人员层级管理在缩短病人住院日中的价值与效果进行观察分析。方法以我院作为研究对象，设定2013年7月至2013年12期间作为观察组，对护理人员实施层级管理。同时，设定2013年1月至2013年6月作为对照组，对护理人员进行常规管理。对护理人员层级管理实施前后，各科室患者的住院时间进行综合对比与分析。结果护理人员层级管理实施后，各科室患者平均住院时间均明显低于层级管理实施前，数据对比差异显著，P ＜0.05，具有统计学意义。结论护理人员层级管理的应用有助于护理工作中责任制的落实，提高护理人员责任意识，缩短患者住院时间，改善护理质量与水平。
