喉癌组织中细胞黏附分子E-钙黏附素的表达及其在喉癌患者临床预后的评估价值

摘要

目的：探讨喉癌组织中细胞黏附分子E-钙黏附素的表达及其在喉癌患者临床预后的评估价值。方法收集我院收治的50例喉癌经过诊断后细胞黏附分子E-钙黏附素为阳性的患者，同时收集另50例喉癌细胞黏附分子E-钙黏附素诊断为隐形的患者，对两组患者的预后进行分析。结果细胞黏附分子E-钙黏附素显示为阳性的患者在临床上的生存率明显的高于细胞黏附分子E-钙黏附素阴性的患者，差异为显著性的差异。结论细胞黏附分子E-钙黏附素的表达对于喉癌患者的预后评估有着重要价值。%Objective: To investigate the expression of cellular adhesion molecule E- and its value in the clinical prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma.
