老年糖尿病患者并发低血糖的临床治疗附20例病例分析

摘要

Objective To study the elderly diabetic patients with hypoglycemia factors and control methods.Methods A retrospective analysis from January 2012to February 2015 were treated 20 cases of hypoglycemia in elderly diabetic patients and clinical data, according to the clinical features of diabetes with hypoglycemia, and analysis of its causes, prevention and control measures summary.Results All 20 patients have to undergo emergency treatment at 8h blood sugar returned to normal, the condition signifi cantly improved symptoms and signs disappear.And there was no misdiagnosis and no deaths occurred. Conclusion Elderly patients do not properly use the combination of antidiabetic drugs or hypoglycemic drugs, and scientifi c life habits can lead to hypoglycemia in elderly diabetic patients, the scientifi c laws of medicine and the right lifestyle to be effective in prevention of hypoglycemia occurred.%目的：探讨老年糖尿病患者并发低血糖症的因素及防治方法。方法回顾性分析2012年1月至2015年2月收治的20例老年糖尿病并发低血糖反应患者的临床资料，根据糖尿病并发低血糖症的临床特点，并对其原因进行分析，总结防治对策。结果所有20例患者均经过紧急治疗后在8h 内血糖恢复至正常，病情明显好转，症状、体征随即消失。无一例误诊和发生死亡。结论老年患者不正确地使用降糖药物或者联合应用降糖药物以及不科学的生活习惯等可导致老年糖尿病患者发生低血糖，科学规律的用药和正确的生活习惯可有效地防止低血糖症发生。
