ABSTRACt:objective: to analyze the correlation between breast ultrasound and the types of lesions.Methods: randomly selected 38 cases of breast disease, 20 cases of benign breast lesions, malignant breast lesions in 18 patients, and to analyze the correlation between breast ultrasound and the types of lesions.results (1)ultrasound in patients with benign breast disease classification: 20 cases of breast ultrasound in patients with breast benign lesion type: 6 cases of fat type, accounted for 30%, 6 cases of gland fiber type, accounting for 30%, 7 cases of glandular type, accounting for 35%, the proportion of breast ultrasound type had no significant difference (P> 0.05); (2)the ultrasound breast malignant lesions in patients with type: 18 cases of breast ultrasound in patients with breast benign lesion type: 12 cases of fat type, accounted for 66.7%, 6 cases of gland fiber type, accounting for 33.3%, 0 cases of glandular type, accounting for 0%, significantly higher than the proportion of fat type ultrasonic type gland fiber type and the proportion of glandular type (P<0.05)conclusion: breast ultrasound and breast benign lesions had no significant correlation, and is closely related to patients with malignant lesions.%目的:分析乳腺超声分型与病变的相关性。方法随机选取乳腺疾病者38例,乳腺良性病变20例,乳腺恶性病变18例,并分析乳腺超声分型与病变的相关性。结果(1)乳腺良性病变患者的超声分型情况:20例乳腺良性病变患者的乳腺超声分型为:6例脂肪型,占30.0%,6例腺纤维型,占30.0%,7例腺体型,占35.0%,各乳腺超声分型比例无明显差异(P>0.05);(2)乳腺恶性病变患者的超声分型情况:18例乳腺良性病变患者的乳腺超声分型为:12例脂肪型,占66.7%,6例腺纤维型,占33.3%,0例腺体型,占0.0%,脂肪型的比例明显高于超声分型为腺纤维型和腺体型的比例(P<0.05)结论乳腺超声分型与乳腺良性病变无明显相关性,与恶性病变患者密切相关。
