ABSTRACt:objective: to analyze the clinical treatment of acute pancreatitis and its application effect.Methods: in our hospital in recent years in patients with acute pancreatitis were selected for the research into the object, all patients are all treated in the department of internal medicine, 50 patients were randomly selected and the method of the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed, summarized on the digestion of such patients treated in the department of internal Medicine related programmes and clinical effect of patients after treatment, patients were observed before and after treatment the clinical indicators.results: after treatment, the clinical treatment of patients with the total effective rate was 92%, the remaining 4 cases of patients with surgical treatment; patients before and after treatment compared the clinical indicators such as serum amylase, aPacHe-ii score, white blood cell count and albumin index, the patients after treatment indicators have improved significantly, and compared to the statistical value (P < 0.05).conclusion: acute pancreatitis is a clinical emergency, take the clinical curative effect of conservative treatment can obtain satisfactory digestion department of internal medicine on it, and will not happen related adverse drug reactions, has the advantages of high efficiency and safety, in the clinical treatment of patients with effective protection also improve quality of life of patients, worthy of clinical popularization.%目的：分析急性胰腺炎患者临床治疗方法以及应用效果。方法以本院近年来收治急性胰腺炎患者为本次研究纳入对象，所有患者治疗方案均为内科治疗，随机抽取50例并以回顾性方法对其临床资料进行分析，归纳对此类患者消化内科治疗相关方案以及患者治疗后临床效果，观察患者治疗前后各项临床指标情况。结果完成治疗后，患者临床治疗总有效率为92.0%，其余4例患者转外科治疗；对比患者治疗前后各项临床指标如血淀粉酶、aPacHe-ii评分、白细胞计数以及白蛋白指数，患者接受治疗后指标均有明显改善，前后对比存在统计学价值（P<0.05）。结论急性胰腺炎属于临床危急重症，当前对其采取消化内科保守治疗方案也能够取得令人满意的临床疗效，且不会发生药物相关不良反应，具有高效安全的优点，在保障患者临床治疗效果同时也提高患者生活质量，值得临床普及推广。
