围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血孕激素治疗的临床观察

摘要

目的：探讨围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者应用孕激素进行治疗的临床效果。方法：对我院收治的45例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者的临床资料进行分析。结果：41例患者疗效满意，4例不明显；总治疗有效率为91.1%。结论：治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者应用孕激素，能够有效改善患者的围绝经期临床症状，提高治疗总有效率。%Objective:to investigate the clinical effect of treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional for patients using proges-terone uterine hemorrhage objective. Methods:in our hospital 45 cases of perimenopausal dysfunctional analysis of the clinical data of patients with uterine bleeding. Results:the curative effect of 41 patients were satisfied, 4 cases was not obvious;the total effective rate of treatment was 91.1%. Conclusion:the treatment of perimenopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding patients us-ing progesterone, can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with perimenopausal period, improve the total effi-ciency of treatment.
