自血疗法联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗寻常型银屑病临床疗效观察

摘要

目的：观察自血疗法联合窄谱中波紫外线（NB-UVB）对寻常型银屑病近期及远期疗效。方法：寻常型银屑病患者80例，随机分为试验组和对照组，每组40例，试验组采用自血疗法联合NB-UVB治疗，隔日一次，对照组仅给予NB-UVB治疗，3个月后评价临床疗效以及治疗结束后2月的复发情况。结果：两组有效率分别为85.0%、62.5%，差异有显著统计学意义(曾2=5.23，P<0.05)；试验组PASI评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗结束后2月复发率分别为45.0%、72.5%，差异有非常显著地统计学意义(曾2=6.24，P<0.05)。结论：自血疗法联合NB-UVB治疗寻常型银屑病具有协同作用，且安全、有效，复发率低，值得临床推广应用。%Objective:to observe autologous blood therapy combined with narrow-band UVB (NB-UVB) on the short-term and long-term effects of Psoriasis Vulgaris.Method:80 cases of Psoriasis Vulgaris were randomly divided into the experimental group and control group, every group of 40 patients group treated by autologous blood therapy combined with NB-UVB, every other day, control group given NB-UVB treatments, 3 months after the evaluation of clinical effects and relapse in February after the end of treatment.Results:Two groups of effective rates were 85%, 62.5%, and the difference was statistically significant (χ²=5.23,P<0.05) ;Test group and PASI score was significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05) .February relapse after treat-ment is 45%, 72.5%, has a very significant difference statistically significant (χ²=6.24,P<0.05) .Conclusion: autologous blood therapy combined with NB-UVB in treatment of Psoriasis Vulgaris with synergy, and safe, effective, and low recurrence rate, it is worth spreading.
