目的：讨论运用品管圈进行护理档案管理的效果，为日后的档案管理提供参考。方法：我院于2010年3月~2012年5月实行品管圈管进行管理档案管理，将管理结果与2008年3月~2010年2月时的管理进行对比（该期间未实行品管圈护理档案管理）。结果：应用品管圈进行护理档案管理后，档案错乱事件大幅度降低，从之前的12次缩减到2次；档案规整程度也有很大提升，从原来的65%提升到95%；工作人员数量有所下降，从原来的40人下降到20人。结论：通过运用品管圈进行护理档案管理，可有效提高护理档案的管理效率，并且在客观上对工作人员进行优化配置，提高档案的规程程度，为日后的医疗工作进步提供更大的帮助。%the quality control circle is also known as quality management, continuous quality improvement team, referred to as QC group. Quality control circle is a popular way of management, especially in the hospital management work, has made remarkable achievements. Compared with the general management issues, the application of quality control circle, can completely eliminate the recurrence of the problem, and to solve the problem of reason, formulate corresponding preventive strategies, to avoid similar problems from happening again. The QCC application to nursing management of archives work, is inevitable requirement of contemporary nursing records management work, but also the future trend of archives management work. In the future we should give full play to the positive role of quality control circle, improve the level of management of nursing records, to provide more help for clinical work.
