目的：探讨腔镜术后提高受孕率与术后接受中药配合治疗输卵管堵塞患者受孕率的临床效果。方法选取我院2010年12月至2013年12月我院收治的150例输卵管堵塞患者，将其分为手术组及中药组，各75例，分别接受手术及中药治疗。观察其临床效果。结果对两组患者治疗后的输卵管畅通率及受孕率进行分析，对比分析后，差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.282、5.924，P<0.05)，对两组患者的疗效进行分析，对比分析后，差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.910， P<0.05)。结论对患者采取腹腔镜手术之后，可以通过活血化瘀的中药来增强患者输卵管运送精子、卵子以及受精卵的能力。%Objective: To investigate the comparison of the clinical effects of patients with tubal blockage treated with Endoscopic surgery to improve the pregnancy rate and the acceptance of traditional Chinese medicine with the treatment of postoperative.
