Objective to analysis the main method of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage medical conservative treatment. Methods from April 2013 - April 2014 treated 96 cases of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage, as observation group, treated with the same period of 96 cases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage patients as control group, control group treated with routine, including the control of blood pressure, complications, such as symptomatic treatment, observation group based on the given nim horizon medical treatment, and watch the effect of two groups of patients. Results after a series of treat-ment, 96 cases of patients, treatment the total effective rate was 95.83%, 4 cases were invalid, accounted for 4.17%, including 2 cases of death. control group of 96 cases, total effective rate was 84.38%, and 15 cases ineffective, accounted for 15.63%, com-pare the differences between groups with statistical significance ( P<0.05) . conclusion internal medicine conservative treat-ment of patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage effect is obvious, and has the characteristics of low mortality, sequela, it is worth to popularize and apply.%目的：分析高血压性脑出血内科保守治疗的主要方法。方法对我院2013年4月-2014年4月收治的96例高血压性脑出血患者，设为观察组，以同期收治的96例高血压性脑出血患者为对照组，对照组采取常规治疗，包括控制血压、并发症对症治疗等，观察组在此基础上给予尼莫地平内科治疗，并观察两组患者治疗效果。结果经过一系列治疗后，96例患者中，治疗总有效率为95.83％，4例无效，占4.17％，其中2例死亡。对照组96例患者中，治疗总有效率达84.38％，15例无效，占15.63％，组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论内科保守治疗高血压性脑出血患者效果明显，并具有死亡率低、后遗症少等特点，故值得普及应用。
