12例气管切开的开放性喉外伤的护理体会

摘要

ABSTRACT:Objective: To investigate laryngeal trauma ifrst aid methods of care and experience. Methods: maintain airway patency, close observation of the patient’s vital signs, and develop an effective intravenous access, give symptomatic patients with tracheotomy and respiratory care given to patients, diet care, psychological care. Results: 12 patients were cured and discharged without suffocation, death and nursing complications. Conclusion: maintain airway patency is the most basic rescue laryngeal trauma, the most important measure; timely and correct ifrst aid and care is to improve the success rate, which can greatly reduce complications and promote patient rehabilitation of the key.%目的：探讨开放性喉外伤气管切开术后的护理，以提高护理质量，减少并发症发生。方法：对12例开放性喉外伤气管切开术后进行观察和护理所有患者均治愈出院，未出现死亡，随诊6个月后未出现喉狭窄情况[1]。结论开放性喉外伤行气管切开术后护理及极为重要，应根据患者病情及心理特点，采取有效的护理措施，提高护理质量，可以减少并发症的发生，促进患者康复。
