康复护理联合常规护理在精神疾病患者中的护理效果对比观察

摘要

Objective To analyze and discuss the nursing effect of patients with mental disease by applying the rehabilitation nurs-ing combined with routine nursing.Methods In recent years, a total of 160 psychiatric inpatients in our hospital as the research object, all patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, the number of patients in each group was 80 cases. The con-trol group were treated with routine nursing measures, the treatment group were treated with routine nursing combined and rehabilitation nursing intervention, the MOAS score of two groups of patients before and after nursing intervention were compared.The MOAS score of two groups of patients after nursing intervention were were compared.Result The MOAS score of the two groups of patients after nursing intervention was lower than before nursing intervention,there was signiifcant statistical signiifcance,P<0.05.The MOAS score of the treatment group after nursing intervention was lower than that of the control group after nursing intervention, there was signiifcant statistical signiifcance,P<0.05. ConclusionThe method of routine nursing combined with rehabilitation nursing for patients with men-tal disorders received the ideal effect, so that the incidence of violence decreased, and improve the quality of nursing.%目的：对精神疾病患者应用康复护理联合常规护理，并对其护理效果进行分析探讨。方法将近年来本院收治的精神病住院患者共计160例作为研究对象，将全部患者随机分为治疗组与对照组，每组患者的人数为80例。对照组患者应用常规的护理措施，治疗组患者应用常规护理联合康复护理进行干预，对两组患者在护理干预前与护理干预后的MOAS评分进行对比；并对治疗组患者的护理干预后与对照组的护理干预后的MOAS评分进行比较。结果两组患者在实施护理之后的MOAS评分都比护理干预前的MOAS评分降低了，有显著的统计学意义，P<0.05；治疗组患者护理干预后的MOAS评分比对照组患者护理干预后的MOAS评分更低，有显著的统计学意义，P<0.05。结论对精神疾病患者应用常规护理联合康复护理的方法进行干预，收到了较理想的疗效，使暴力事件发生率降低了，提高了护理质量。
