C-反应蛋白、血糖和白细胞联合HemphiII评分表用于脑出血患者预后的评估价值

Objective to analyze evaluation value of C-reactive protein, blood glucose, and leucocyte combined with Hemphill score for prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage patients.Methods random choose 100 cases primary cerebral hemorrhage patients treated in our hospital from January 2014 to September 2015, collect general information, hematoma location and surgical treatment or not, intraventricular hemorrhage, 30 day mortality and GCS of patients.Results with increase of Hemphill scores, GCS scores decreased, and there was a negative correlation (P<0.05). With increase of Hemphill score, IVH (ventricular hemorrhage) incidence increased, and there was a positive correlation (P<0.05). There was a positive correlation between mortality rate and Hemphill scores, higher scores mean higher mortality rate. Of 100 patients, 17 died with mortality of 17%. CRP, WBC and blood glucose concentrations of the dead showed significant difference from other patients (P< 0.05).Conclusion C-reactive protein, blood glucose and leucocyte combined with Hemphill score table has good evaluation value for prognosis of cerebral hemorrhage, which can accurately judge condition of cerebral hemorrhage patients and ensure effective treatment of patients.%目的：探析C-反应蛋白、血糖和白细胞联合Hemphill评分表用于脑出血患者预后的评估价值。方法随机选择我院在2014年1月至2015年9月诊治的100例原发性脑出血患者，收集患者的一般资料、血肿位置、手术治疗与否、脑室出血、30d死亡率以及GCS等。结果随着Hemphill评分的增加，GCS评分反而降低，存在负相关性（P＜0.05）。随着Hemphill评分的增加，IVH（脑室出血）发生率增加，存在正相关性（P ＜0.05）。患者的死亡率与Hemphill评分存在正相关关系，分数越高，死亡率就越高。100例患者中，17例患者死亡，死亡率为17%。死亡患者的CRP、WBC以及血糖浓度均与未死亡患者存在较大差异性（P＜0.05）。结论 C-反应蛋白、血糖和白细胞联合Hemphill评分表用于脑出血患者预后的评估价值较为良好，能够准确判断患者的脑出血病情，保证患者得到有效治疗。
