股骨近端骨囊肿并病理性骨折的治疗

Objective To analyze the method and effect of the treatment of proximal femoral bone cyst with pathological fracture. Methods 40 cases of patients of proximal femoral bone cyst and pathological fractures accecpted the treatment in our hospital in recents years were selected.The general information and treatment methods were reviewed.Results 40 cases recovered well after opera-tion, 6 months later, the examination of X showed that the original fracture line disappeared, and the cyst cavity closed.Among 40 cases, 35 cases of patients with no recurrence after fracture healing were found,the proportion is 87.5%.There were 5 cases of relapse after fracture healing,the proportion is 12.5%.The corresponding surgical treatment was performed, and no recurrence occurred during the follow-up period.Conclusion In order to select the appropriate surgical treatment for patients, it should be on the basis of mastering the classification of proximal femoral bone cyst, the strength of the lesion and the crushing of the fracture.Removal of cysts, autologous or allogeneic bone graft and proximal femoral nail fixation is essential for the operation.%目的：分析治疗股骨近端骨囊肿并病理性骨折的方法及效果。方法观察对象均从近年来在本院接受治疗的股骨近端骨囊肿并病理性骨折患者中择取，共40例，对一般资料和治疗方法等实施回顾性总结。结果40例患者术后恢复良好，6个月后复查 X 片见原骨折线消失，囊肿腔闭合。40例患者中骨折愈合后未复发者共35例，所占比例为87.5%；骨折愈合后出现复发者共5例，所占比例为12.5%，经进行相应的手术治疗，随访期间未再出现复发情况。结论应当在掌握患者股骨近端骨囊肿分型、病变骨强度以及骨折粉碎情况的基础上为患者选择合适的手术治疗方式。清除囊肿、自体或是异体植骨填充病灶以及股骨近端髓内钉固定是必不可少的操作环节。
