目的：明确在毛细支气管炎患者进行吸入治疗的过程中，为患者施用护理干预法对其治疗效果所产生的临床影响。方法选取本院收治的40例进行吸入治疗的毛细支气管炎患者作为观察组，为其进行全面综合护理干预；另外选取基本治疗相近的40例患者作为对照组，为其实行常规护理干预。治疗完成之后，比较两组患者的临床治疗效果及护理满意度。结果治疗完成之后，观察组患者在全面综合护理的干预下，各项临床治疗指标的恢复情况显著好于对照组患者、护理满意度相比，观察组明显高于对照组。各项组间差异相比P<0.05，存在明显的统计学意义。结论全面综合的护理干预可以有效地提高毛细支气管炎吸入治疗的临床治疗效果，提高病患和家属对医院服务的满意度，应用价值较高。%Objective To study the clinical effect of nursing intervention on the treatment of bronchiolitis patients in the process of inhalation therapy.Methods 40 cases of bronchiolitis treated in our hospital were selected as the observation group, the patients were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention. The other 40 patients were selected as the control group, and the routine nursing intervention was carried out. After treatment, the clinical treatment effect and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results after the treatment, the patients in the observation group were treated with comprehensive nursing intervention, the recovery of the clinical treatment index was significantly better than the control group patients, nursing satisfaction compared to the observation group was significantly higher than the control group. The difference between the groups was statistically significant compared withP<0.05. Conclusion the comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of the treatment of capillary bronchitis, and improve the satisfaction of patients and technical services to the hospital.
