目的：调查1999年至2010年呼和浩特市城区原发性胆汁性肝硬化住院患者的患病率和发病率。方法在该市25所综合医院病案室检索原发性胆汁性肝硬化住院患者的资料，进行统计分析。结果呼和浩特市城区PBC住院患者105例，其中男性15例；女性90例；确诊时年龄为26～80(57.9±11.9)岁，确诊时间1个月～20年，平均确诊时间为55.7±35.0月。1999年～2010年呼和浩特市城区PBC住院患者12年间年患病率分别为：4.91/百万、6.67/百万、9.41/百万、13.84/百万、16.43/百万、23.70/百万、30.06/百万、39.23/百万、42.15/百万、59.43/百万、66.83/百万、79.63/百万。发病率分别为4.91/百万、1.91/百万、2.82/百万、4.61/百万、2.74/百万、7.29/百万、6.38/百万、12.77/百万、7.17/百万、13.11/百万、10.28/百万、19.08/百万。2010年35岁以上人群患病率为105.51/百万。结论1999年～2010年呼和浩特市城区原发性胆汁性肝硬化住院患者发病率、患病率呈逐年增加趋势。%ABSTRACT:ObjectivePrevalence rate and incidence rate study of primary biliary cirrhosis are carried out in Hohhot urban area of from 1999 to 2010.MethodsCollecting data of the patients with primary biliary cirrhosis from medical record room’s data of the 25 general hospitals in Hohhot urban area, the data of which have been statistically analysed.ResultsIn the city 105 patients with primary biliary cirrhosis are identified, 90 cases are females and 15cases are males. Age of diagnosis is 26~28 years old. The mean age at diagnosis is 57.9±11.9 years old , the time of diagnosis is from 1 month to 20 years, the mean time of diagnosis is 55.7±35.0 month. A prevalence rate is 4.91/million,6.67/million,9.41/million,13.84/million,16.43/million,23.70/million, 30.06/million, 39.23/million, 42.15/million, 59.43/million, 66.83/million, 79.63/million from 1999 to 2010, Annual incidence rate is4.91/million, 1.91/million, 2.82/million, 4.61/million, 2.74/million, 7.29/million, 6.38/million, 12.77/million, 7.17/million, 13.11/million, 10.28/million, 19.08/million from 1999 to 2010, The prevalence rate over the age of 35 years old is 105.51 per million in Hohhot urban area.ConclusionsThere is a increasing trend of the prevalence rate and the incidence rate of the hospitalized patients with primary biliary cirrhosis within Hohhot urban area from 1999 to 2010.
