带锁髓内钉治疗四肢长管状骨骨折60例的疗效观察

ABSTRACT:Objective to with efficacy of treatment of long tubular bone fracture with locked intramedullary nail.Methods from June 2005 to December 2011, the application of interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of 60 cases of long bone fractures. Male 48 cases, female 12 cases, age 65 ~ 28 years old, average 46.5 years old. 2 cases of femoral shaft, 21 cases of femoral shaft and 37 cases of tibia.Results The results were followed up for 6 ~ 37 months, an average of 15 months. Fracture healed in 51 cases, delayed healing in 2 cases, nonunion in 1 cases. Conclusion interlocking intramedullary nail in the treatment of extremity long tubular bone fracture. In general, the reaming, or unreamed, operation is simple, less bleeding, strong stability,high rate of fracture healing.%目的：带锁髓内钉治疗四肢长管状骨骨折的疗效。方法2005年6月至2011年12月，应用带锁髓内钉治疗四肢长管状骨骨折共60例。男性48例，女性12例，年龄28~65岁，平均46.5岁。股骨粗隆2例，股骨干21例，胫骨37例。结果随访6~37个月，平均15个月。骨折愈合51例，延迟愈2例，骨不连1例。结论带锁髓内钉治疗四肢长管状骨骨折，一般采用扩髓，或不扩髓，手术操作简单，出血少，稳定性强，术后可早期活动或功能锻炼，骨折愈合率高。
