癫痫患儿睡眠质量问卷调查

摘要

目的：了解癫痫患儿睡眠状况，为提高癫痫患儿的睡眠质量提供依据。方法应用自行设计的癫痫患儿睡眠质量调查问卷对癫痫组及正常对照组的家长进行问卷调查，建立数据库，对两组儿童睡眠障碍相关症状的发生率进行统计学分析。结果98例癫痫患儿睡眠障碍相关症状中发生率最高的为反复翻身（73.47%）；其次为性情急躁(70.41%)。其他症状发生率由高到低依次为：记忆力下降（48.98%）、近半年学习成绩下降（36.73%）、睡眠中肢体抽动（36.73%）、过度出汗（35.71%）、睡眠打鼾（27.55%）、咽部发干（23.47%）、头痛（23.47%）、遗尿（23.47%）、白天容易困倦（20.41%）、入睡时间超过0.5 h（20.41%）、其他较少的为张口呼吸、梦游或做噩梦、憋醒等。在睡眠障碍相关症状影响因素分析中，性别对睡眠打鼾症状及梦游、做噩梦症状有影响，男孩打鼾症状发生率较高（39.62%vs13.33%，P＝0.004）；女孩梦游或噩梦发生率相对较高（17.78%vs 3.77%，P＝0.039）；而服用药物种类对患儿睡眠的影响无统计学差异。结论癫痫患儿睡眠障碍相关症状较正常儿童发生率高，其中反复翻身、性情急躁发生率最高。睡眠打鼾和梦游做噩梦存在性别差异。%ObjectiveTo see the sleep stage in children with epilepsy in order to provide the basis for improving the quality of sleep in children with epilepsy.MethodsConducted a survey to establish a database using a self-designed questionnaire of quality of sleep in children with epilepsy and normal control group. The incidence of related symptoms resulted from the two groups of children were statistically analyzed.ResultsIn 98 cases of children with epilepsy, the highest sleep disorders related symptom was over turn around (73.47%); the second one was angry quickly (70.41%). Other symptoms were : memory loss (48.98%), poor academic performance in recently half year (36.73%) , hypnagogic jerk (36.73%) , excessive sweating (35.71%) , snoring (27.55%), throat dry (23.47%), headache (23.47%), enuresis (23.47%), daytime sleepiness (20.41%), fall asleep longer than 0.5h (20.41%), other rare symptoms were mouth breathing , sleepwalking , nightmare, suppress wake and so on. In the analysis of related symptoms of sleep disorders, the symptom of snoring, nightmares, sleepwalking influenced by gender, there was a higher incidence of snoring in boys (39.62% VS13.33%, P=0.004); there was a higher incidence of sleepwalking or nightmares in girls (17.78%VS 3.77%, P=0.039);while there was no significant difference in the type of taking antiepileptic drugs.ConclusionsThe symptoms of sleep disorders in children with epilepsy is higher than the normal, in which over turn around, angry quickly account for most of symptoms. The incidence of snoring and sleepwalking ,nightmares are different according to gender.
