HPLC法测定肤疾洗剂中苦参碱的含量

摘要

目的:建立肤疾洗剂中苦参碱的含量测定方法.方法:采用HPLC法,使用C18柱色谱柱,流动相为0.016mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾-0.016mol·L-1十二烷基硫酸钠-乙腈(30:30:35),流速1.0mL·min-1,检测波长220nm.结果:在0.515～5.15μg范围内苦参碱线性关系良好,平均回收率为98.73%,RSD为1.01%.结论:该方法能够对肤疾洗剂中苦参碱进行准确、快速的定量检测.%Objective: To establish the methid for determination of the content of matrine in Fuji Lotion. Methods:C18 column was used rnwith gradient elution of 0.016mil·L-1 monobasic potassium phosphate -0.0616mol.·L-1 sodium dodecyl sulfate-acetonitrile(30:30:35)as rnmobile phase by flow rate of 1.0mL·min-1,and the detection wavelength was 220 nm. Results: The cabibration curves of ma-trine was in good linearity overrnthe range of 0.515～5.15μg(r=0.9999). The average recoverage of matrine was 98.73％(n=6,RSD 1.01％).Conclusion:The method is accurate and quick for determination of Fuji Lition.
